Return Period:

  • You can return any items purchased from Freshbydotun within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions.

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • We will not accept items that are washed, soiled, damaged, or altered.

Exclusions:

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please send an email to info@freshbydotun.co.uk and return the item to our address.
  • Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted officially.
